Commandant Eweka bags fresh honour, at Fabulous Achievers Award ( FAA ), extols Fabulous International Magazine for consistency, balancing and objectivity, in news reporting.
The Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Commandant Edenabu Okoro Eweka, msc, acma, cna, yesterday, Saturday, 29th October, 2022, issued a fresh warning to economic saboteurs, who often perpetrate all forms of harmful and regressive crimes against the economy, of the state and nation, through oil pipeline vandalism and destructions of Critical National Assets and Infrastructure ( CNAI ), belonging to the Federal, State and Local Governments in the state, especially, during the last quarter of the year.
The above warning was unearthed, by Deputy Superintendent of Corps ( DSC ) Abolurin Oluwaseun, Civil Defence Public Relations Officer ( CDPRO ), in the state, who ably represented, the NSCDC, Lagos State Commandant, at the twelfth ( 12th ) Fabulous Achievers Award ( FAA ) and public lecture, organized, by a seasoned magazine publisher and journalist, Fabulous Jane, at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( LCCI ), in Alausa, Ikeja.
Commandant Edenabu Okoro Eweka, was among other carefully, selected, very important dignitaries, who were specially and warmly, honoured, with awards of excellence and high – level performance, in their lines of duty, at the event.
DSC Abolurin Oluwaseun, CDPRO, Lagos, received the award of excellence, on behalf of the Commandant. He further seized, the occasion, to enumerate the mandates of the Corps to the public as well as extol Fabulous International Magazine, for consistency, balancing and objectivity, in news reporting.
The annual and consistent thought provoking public lecture cum ceremonious award event, with the theme, “Building the Nigeria of our dreams,” was chaired, by Chief ( Dame ) Lucy Omosefe Ajayi, former Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, Lagos International Trade Fair Management Board and Member, Presidential Advisory Committee on Prerogative of Mercy.
