- As PSC promotes 5718 Senior Police officers

The board member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan today congratulated CP Longe Kehinde who is now promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG), DCP Olarenwaju Olawale Ishola, and DCP Shelleng Umaru Yusuf who have just been promoted to the new ranks as Commissioner of Police (CP), Trek Africa Newspaper can report.
Their promotions came alongside that of 5715 other senior officers which was announced by the Police Service Commission.
While hailing them on their promotion to the new ranks, Dr. Ogunsan told them to dedicate themselves to the highest level of service delivery and unfettered commitment. ‘I congratulate the newly ranked AIG Kehinde Longe, CP Olanrewaju Olawale Ishola, and CP Shelleng Umaru Yusuf on their new promotions. This is a well-deserved promotion and is a pointer to excellence over the years’, Trek Africa Newspaper can report.
‘As I congratulate the new promotees, I want to charge them not to relent on their efforts. Dedication to service, loyalty to the ideals of the Police, and Faith in God are requisites for development. Continue to give your best’, Ogunsan tasked the new promotees.
